Country House

‘We would just like to say a big thank you to yourself and all involved with the design, manufacture and installation of our new kitchen.  We are so very pleased with the finished look’

Our clients were having their whole house remodeled and by doing so were increasing the size of the kitchen.  They wanted to create a ‘stunning kitchen and practical utility room’ that would work together even though they were not adjoining.

After Jeremy’s initial meeting with the clients, it was apparent that they liked clean lines and ‘everything in its place.’  They wanted to create a space for family and friends to be able to socialise while they were entertaining and an island arrangement with an integrated seating area was decided upon.  Jeremy also incorporated a small fully integrated fridge into an alcove within the snug area of the kitchen to create a very discreet drinks area.

As with all our clients, we arranged a visit to our granite suppliers to choose the exact slabs of granite that would be used for the kitchen and utility rooms.  This was a very important part of the process, as we needed to ensure that the pattern and colour of the granite worked in harmony with the interior design scheme chosen by the client.

The utility room needed to be as practical as possible, whilst maintaining a stylish appearance.  We were able to achieve this by using cabinets in a similar design to the kitchen, but by adding a lattice design to the tops of the cupboards

Miele appliances were used throughout the kitchen and utility on this particular project.
