We were thrilled to see some of our previous clients one Saturday morning in Wetherby. They came in to explain that they were buying a new build property set amongst of number of barn conversions, in the heart of North Yorkshire, and were keen to install another Jeremy Wood kitchen and utility.
The homeowners brief was to create a ‘bigger and even better kitchen than before, with a real wow factor’, as they had loved every aspect of their previous JW kitchen.
The enviable space in their new home, allowed Jeremy to incorporate a sociable island with seating for four, and a large dining area with views out towards the open countryside, which the homeowners immediately fell in love with.
They entertained most weekends, so the usability and social aspect of the kitchen was of utmost importance to them. We used the same Jeremy Wood ‘Shaker’ style previously used, as our clients felt it was a timeless design which blended well with the rest of their interiors.
On their visit to F Jones, they soon discovered an individual granite which they knew would enhance their design scheme, and allow them to use one full slab for the stunning island, paired with a manmade Silestone for the remaining worksurfaces.
